Retailer Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Twigged links out to third-party plant nurseries and garden retailers — from plant pages, sourcing lists, and shared briefs. This page explains how those links work, how we use them, and whether we make money from them.

1. How retailer links work

Retailer links in Twigged point to the retailer's own public search or product pages for the plant you are looking at. We link to search pages rather than specific product listings wherever possible, because product pages go stale when stock is delisted.

When you click a retailer link, the click passes through a twigged.ai redirect before reaching the retailer. We do this so we can count which retailers and plants our users are interested in. The redirect records the retailer name and plant name for the click; it then sends you straight to the retailer's site.

2. We currently earn no commission

Twigged does not currently earn commission, referral fees, or any other payment from any retailer we link to. No retailer pays to appear in Twigged, and no link is sponsored. Retailers are chosen on practical grounds only: whether they stock the kinds of plants professional designers specify, and whether their site has a stable search page we can link to reliably.

3. If that changes

We may join retailer affiliate programmes in future. If we do, we will update this page before any affiliate-tagged links go live, and links that earn us commission will be disclosed here. Joining an affiliate programme will not change which retailers we link to or the order in which they appear.

4. Sustainability tags are not paid placements

Some retailers in Twigged carry tags such as “peat-free” or “UK-grown”. These come from our own hand-curated registry: we only add a tag after checking the nursery's published policy, and each entry records the source of the claim. Nurseries do not pay for these tags, and they cannot buy them.

5. Prices are indicative, not quotes

Prices shown in Twigged are indicative retail prices found online at the time of lookup. They are not quotes, they are not live stock checks, and the price you pay a retailer may differ. Always confirm price and availability with the retailer before ordering.
